Feedback & Complaints 

 

We are always striving to improve the standard of service to our patients. Please let us know if you have any suggestions or complaints that you feel should be addressed. These can be provided in person, over the phone or in written format to the practice, complaints forms are available on request. Changes in Response to Feedback 

In response to patient feedback with regards long queues to enter the practice and increased length of waiting time to enter the practice and see a GP this year the practice has subsequently moved the vaccination clinics to an offsite location to allow more patients in the waiting room with the 1.5m rule and to alleviate long queues outside the practice for entry into the practice. 

In response to patient feedback with regards to ease of making appointments and seeing a doctor of patients choice the practice has allocated further "day only" or "urgent" appointments for each doctor so patients are more readily able to see a doctor of their choice at short notice. 

The practice has also further streamlined the phones system for making appointments and appointments at the front desk to have a specific reception desk for specialty clinics for patients to make an appointments.
