Well known for it's great outdoors, vineyards, Japanese Gardens, undulating hills and fertile paddocks. It has a fascinating history from early Wiradjuri, to farming pioneers and also is home to the largest Prisoner of War breakout in modern military history. The Cowra Medical Associates building with it's beautiful granite facade references the early heritage of our town.
